成都正達化工機械有限公司( 其前身為成都正達耐熱科技股份有限公司）成立于1993年，總部位于成都市青白江區。自2010年，工廠從青白江區大同鎮搬遷至四川省廣漢市高新技術園區。

　　我公司主要從事石油化工系統高溫合金特殊設備配件制造，非標件零件來圖加工，精密數控車床零件來圖加工，以及貨物與技術的進出口業務。

　　公司管理嚴格，質量體系健全，設備精良，并配備有1200℃自動溫控高溫臺車爐和箱式爐，可滿足各類特殊材料的熱處理。高精度的加工中心和數控車床滿足加工各類精、尖、難石化設備產品要求。公司已在2002年獲得 ISO9001認證；于2007年加入中石油一級供應網絡，2009年加入中石化一級供應網絡。

　　自成立以來， 公司長期與長城特殊鋼股份公司、四川鍋爐廠、成都飛機設計研究院緊密合作，曾多次為燕山、新疆、遼化、金山、大慶、齊魯、揚子、蘭州石化、茂名石化等化工企業提供各類法蘭、文丘里管、管座、加強接頭、錐體、三通、異徑管、橢圓墊、熱電偶套管、噴嘴、泵軸等配件。數年來，也為煙臺瑪努爾高溫合金有限公司出口國外爐管提供了大批文丘里管、法蘭、管件等爐管重要附件。特別是文丘里管，我公司與成都飛機設計研究院合作，經數年實踐創新了一套完善的制造工藝，現已成為中石油煉化裝備部和中石化認可的文丘里管定點生產企業，質量深得用戶信賴，業績卓著。同時我公司也是國內各高溫合金爐管廠生產爐管配件的定點企業。

Chengdu Zhengda Chemical Machinery Co. Ltd. (Zhengda), formerly known as Chengdu Zhengda Heat-Resistance Technology Co. Ltd. was founded in 1993. It is headquartered in Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The factory was relocated from Datong Town of Qingbaijiang District to Guanghan High-Tech Park, Sichuan Province in year 2010.

Zhengda mainly specializes in manufacturing high-temperature alloy parts and special equipment used for petrochemical industry. It supplies various kinds of spare parts and equipment such as Forged Flanges, Reducers, Thermowell, Venturi Tubes, Weldolet, Bolts, etc. according to client’s design and specification. In recent years, the company is also engaged in importing/exporting of goods and technical services.

The company has a vigorous quality management team, and a sound system of quality control. There are sets of fine machinery and equipments in the factory, including:

• The High-Temperature (up to 1200 °C) Auto Control Car Bottom Furnace and High Temperature Box Furnace used for heating treatments for various special materials
• The computer numerical control (CNC) machine and CNC machine center producing qualifying parts for precise and hi-tech equipments used in the petrochemical machinery industry

Zhengda obtained ISO 9001 certificate in 2002; it has been the certified supplier in the first-level supply chain of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) since 2007, and became a certified supplier in the first-level supply chain of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (SINOPEC) since 2009.

Since the establishment, Zhengda has been closely cooperating with Chang Cheng Special Steel Co. Ltd., Sichuan Boiler Works and Chengdu Aircraft Design & Research Institute. It is the designated supplier for cast fittings of the special high temperature alloy steel tubes for the most famous Furnace Tube Plants in China. For years, it supplies spare parts such as Flanges, Venturi Tube, Outlet, Couplings, Tees, Reducers, Oval Ring Gasket, Thermowell, Nozzle, Pump Axles etc. for companies in the petrochemical industry such as Yanshan, Xinjiang, Liaohua, Jinshan, Daqing, Qilu, Yangzi, Lanzhou, Maoming, etc. It is also the long-term vendor for Manoir Industries (France).

Zhengda is highly reputable for Venturi Tube manufacturing for its high precision and flow rate stability. After years of practice and close cooperation with Chengdu Aircraft Design & Research Institute, Zhengda has developed a set of innovative process for Venturi Tube manufacturing. It already been approved by SINOPEC, and the Materials & Equipment Division of CNPC as the designated manufacturer of Venturi Tube.
